NYS Tax Department employees will guide you step-by-step as you complete your own tax returns at no charge.  They will help you prepare and e-file your income tax returns using safe and secure online tax software if your income is below $89,000 and you have an active email account.  It's quick and easy!

Sessions are available each Thursday from February 5 - April 9, 2026.  You can schedule an appointment through the Main branch of the library 518-274-7071 or through the website below.  Walk-in assistance is available between 9:30 and 5:00.
